Get the lads together for Betfred St Leger Gents Day at Doncaster Racecourse on Friday 10 September 2027. Day two of the Betfred St Leger Festival brings a day of flat racing, live entertainment and time with friends, all at the home of the world's oldest Classic.
The Betfred Doncaster Cup is a highlight of the festival, with a history dating back to 1766. It's the oldest race still run under official rules and remains a key part of the flat racing calendar. Get trackside, hear the thunder of hooves as the horses race past and head to the parade ring to see them up close.
Gents Day has also hosted the Betfred Leger Legends, a charity race featuring retired professional jockeys in support of the Injured Jockeys Fund. Find out more about the event and how to support the charity on the Leger Legends website here
The racing is followed by live entertainment, giving you another reason to stick around after the final race. Previous Gents Day line-ups have included live sax performances and special guests, with the 2027 entertainment line-up coming soon.
Access to the Champagne Lawn is restricted to guests aged 18 and over throughout the festival. The area operates a Challenge 21 policy, so you may be asked to show ID.

Features:Access for an exclusive number of people with the best views overlooking the finishing line and balcony viewing for racing, full access to county (including the Champagne Lawn) and grandstand areas

Dress Code:
The dress code for the Premier Enclosure is jacket for gentlemen with tie optional and smart attire for ladies. Jeans and sportswear are not permitted in this area.
We would also request that children dress smartly when joining us in the Premier Enclosure.
