Please note: Children aged 17 and under are free; however, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Ahead of the gates opening, here’s everything you need to know:
Timings:
- Gates open: 11:57
- First race: 13:57
- Last race: 17:25
- Entertainment expected to start at 17:40 for 75 minutes (subject to change depending on the day’s declarations)
Event Highlights:
Enjoy up to 50% off drinks during the first hour after gates open:
- 50% off draught drinks – including soft drinks, lager, cider, bitter, and Guinness
- £10 off any bottle of house wine, Prosecco, Champagne, or jug of Pimms
Terms and conditions: Offer strictly available for one hour after the advertised gate opening time and applies to general attendance customers, including annual members and owners & trainers. The offer may be withdrawn at the racecourse’s discretion. Please drink responsibly.

Entertainment:
- Meet actor Todd Carty, who will be mingling with guests throughout the day.
- Enjoy a live performance from 80’s Explosion after racing on the Champagne Lawn for 75 minutes.
Furniture & Parasols:
Limited furniture and parasols will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to reserve your spot.
Dress Code:

Transport:
- Doncaster Racecourse 101 Shuttle Buses will run on Saturday, 16th August 2025 from Doncaster Interchange, Stand B2.
- Operating: 12:00–14:00 (every 30 minutes), returning from 17:00 onwards
- Fares: £3 single / £5 return
Parking:
- Car Park A (opposite the Main Stand): Reserved for Annual Members, Owners & Trainers, Hospitality & Restaurant Customers, and Blue Badge Holders. Please show a permit/ticket/ID.
- Car Park C (next to the Picnic Enclosure): Free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Follow the yellow signage to the correct car park.
Security Checks:
Security checks will take place on entry. Please bring nothing larger than an A4-sized bag.
Other Useful Information:
- Tables, umbrellas, or parasols cannot be bought on-site
- Picnics and chairs can only be brought into the Picnic Enclosure
- A Picnic Enclosure ticket does not grant access to post-racing entertainment
- Doncaster Racecourse is a cashless venue (on-site bookmakers accept cash)
