We are so excited to welcome you back to our Spooky Spectacular Fireworks event here at Doncaster Racecourse on Sunday, 2nd November.
Prepare yourself for an unforgettable evening of excitement featuring a breathtaking fireworks display that will light up the sky!
We ask everybody to work together, along with our staff and stewards, to ensure a safe and thoroughly enjoyable event for all.
Event Itinerary
- Gates open: 3.00pm
- Fairground rides: 3.00pm - 8.00pm (please note fee’s apply)
- Colouring: 3.00pm - 7.30pm
- Kids disco: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
- Circus workshop: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
- Laura's Dance Academy: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
- Fireworks: 7.00pm (15 minute display)
- Event finishes: 8.00pm
*Please note there will be a separate charge for the fairground rides. There will also be a fairground happy hour from 3.00pm - 4.00pm
Weather Conditions
Please note that firework display and timings are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Please make sure appropriate footwear/clothing is worn.
Tickets
Children aged 3 and under go for free and will be able to get a ticket on the gate.
In 2024 tickets all sold out prior to gates opening and therefore we recommend buying before the day. However, if tickets have not sold out you will be able to buy them on the gate.
To avoid any entry delays and if you are attending with your tickets on your phone, make sure you have downloaded the PDF, as screenshots will not be accepted, and mobile signal may be weak. If you have a cracked phone screen, please make arrangements to print your tickets, as the barcode will not scan from a cracked screen.
Hospitality
For Hospitality food service will be from 4pm - 6pm, however guests are welcome to head up to the restaurant from 3pm to take their seats. The bar will be open from the moment the gates open.
Locations:
- Sparklers Restaurant - Located on the 3rd floor of the Eco Power Stand.
- Garden Restaurant - Now located in the Logician Suite (moved from the Garden Suite at the hotel) on the 2nd floor of the Eco Power Stand.
Travel Information
This will be a busy event so please car share, walk or use public transport where possible.
Car parking is available in Car Park A (enter off Leger Way opposite the Main Entrance) and Car Park C (enter opposite the junction at Wickes on Leger Way) and our Car Parking team will be on hand to direct and assist you.
Additional free parking will be available at the Asda car park and Town Moor Golf Club.
It is anticipated to be busy so we suggest arriving early to avoid congestion and invite you to stay on site afterwards to enjoy the entertainment to help with the flow of exiting traffic.
Payment
All bars and eateries are CARD ONLY and will not accept cash. Fairground rides will accept CASH ONLY. There are no cash machines onsite, therefore, please ensure you bring cash with you if you would like to go on the fairground rides.
