Your tickets will be emailed out a week in advance of the meeting taking place
Badges for county and premier will be handed on the day
Hospitality and restaurant badges will be on your place setting

Car Parking
Parking is available on site
Car Park A – For hospitality, Annual Members and Owner and Trainers, £10 (Hospitality bookers get 1 free space per two customers, Annual Members & Annual Box holders get free parking with car window sticker, Owners & Trainers get free parking through their PASS card or QR code entry)
Carpark C will be available for on the day parking at £7 per car. Please be aware only card payments are accepted.
Blue Badge holders can park free of charge.

How do I get in
For County, Premier & hospitality guests - use gate 4 or the main county entrance
For grandstand – use the grandstand gates
For Family – use gate 8 at the end of the racecourse opposite whitbys
What transport is available
There will be a taxi rank outside the racecourse and shuttle buses will run to the train station until the last passenger.
Handbags | Luggage
We advise bring nothing larger than an A4 handbag, unless in family
On Sunday – picnics can be brought into all areas of the racecourse

Dress Code
Premier Enclosure Hospitality and Restaurants
The dress code for the premier enclosure and the Home Straight and Mallard restaurant is Jacket and tie for gentlemen and smart attire for ladies. Strictly no jeans, sportswear or trainers. This dress code also applies to children.
County Stand
Racegoers often choose to adopt a smarter style. We recommend, for example, smart jeans or tailored shorts and a collared shirt for gentlemen. Many customers opt to dress for the occasion on feature race days. Our only stipulation is that sportswear and offensive fancy dress are not permitted.
Grandstand
No dress code applies for this enclosure.
Family Stand
No dress code applies for this enclosure.
Can I bring my own food and drink

Food is only permitted to be brought on site in the family enclosure. No alcoholic drinks can be brought on site

Picnics can be brought on site
500ml bottles of soft drinks can be brough on site in SUNDAY, they must be sealed and checks will be in place
