Father’s Day is just a few days away and what better way to treat your dad, granddad, husband or partner than a fantastic day out at the races!
That’s right, it’s our annual Summer Family Funday, which falls (rather conveniently) on Father’s Day. We have loads of fantastic activities for the whole family to enjoy. Check them out below:
PAW Patrol
That’s right; Chase, Skye and Marshall will be travelling all the way from Adventure Bay to join us on Father’s Day. They will be making personal appearances on the Hallam FM Champagne Lawn at 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm, so make sure you arrive early!
Thrilling Racing
Now, it wouldn’t be Doncaster Racecourse without some thrilling racing! We’ve got 7 fantastic races on Father’s Day, so come and join us and back some winners in the summer sunshine!
Shetland Pony Racing
Like horse racing, only with shorter legs … the Shetland Pony Race will be running at 1.20pm and is always a delightfully cute sight for everyone to enjoy!
Mini Kicks
Doncaster Racecourse favourites, Mini Kicks will also be joining us on the Hallam FM Champagne Lawn with a variety of fun-filled sporting activities for children of all ages.
The GOALS Football Dartboard
Sticking along the football theme, have you got what it takes to take on the giant inflatable football dartboard? You can also find the dartboard and the GOALS team down on the Hallam FM Champagne Lawn.
All the Fun of the Fair
Love the thrill of fairground rides? Fantastic, you can enjoy a wide variety of fairground rides, games and activities on the Family Lawn (extra charges may apply).
Crack the Safe with Hallam FM!
Our friends Hallam FM will be bringing their street team and giving you the chance to crack the safe to win a phenomenal £10,000! You’ve got to be in it to win it, catch the team in the Grandstand Hall!

Who doesn’t LOVE Face Painting?
We certainly do, and children of all ages can transform themselves into their favourite super-hero or animal with our team of face painters in the Grandstand Hall.
And breathe … as you can see there’s loads of fantastic family fun for all ages at Doncaster Racecourse this Father’s Day. Oh, did we forget to mention the best bit … KIDS GO FREE!!!!!
