Spooky Spectacular Firework Pre-Arrival Information
We are so excited to welcome you back to our Firework Spooky Spectacular Night here at Doncaster Racecourse on Sunday 1st November.
Prepare yourself for an unforgettable evening of excitement featuring a breathtaking fireworks display that will light up the sky!
We ask everybody to work together along with our staff and stewards to ensure a safe and thoroughly enjoyable event for all.
Event Itinerary
- Gates open: 4:00pm
- Fairground: 4:00pm – 8:00pm (please note fees apply)
- Colouring: 4:00pm – 7:30pm
- K-Pop Superstars Performances: 4:30pm & 6:00pm (30 mins per performance)
- Laura's Dance Academy: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
- Fireworks: 7:00pm (15-minute display)
- Event finishes: 8:00pm
*Please note there will be a separate charge for the fairground rides.
Weather Conditions
Please note that firework display and timings are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Please make sure appropriate footwear/clothing is worn.
Tickets
Tickets are selling fast for this event, and with previous years selling out prior to gates opening we therefore recommend buying before the day.
Every member of your party over the age of 3 years old will need a valid ticket to gain entry. If you have purchased a family bundle, you will be required to show each ticket at the gate.
To avoid any entry delays and if you are attending with your tickets on your phone, make sure you have downloaded the PDF, as screenshots will not be accepted, and mobile signal may be weak. If you have a cracked phone screen, please make arrangements to print your tickets, as the barcode will not scan from a cracked screen.
Hospitality
For Hospitality food service will be from 4pm - 6pm, however guests are welcome to head up to the restaurant from 4pm. The bar will be open from the moment the gates open.

Travel Information
This will be a busy event so please car share, walk or use public transport where possible. Car parking is available in Car Park A (enter off Leger Way opposite the Main Entrance) and Car Park C (enter opposite the junction at Wickes on Leger Way) and our Car Parking team will be on hand to direct and assist you.
It is anticipated to be busy so we suggest arriving early to avoid congestion and invite you to stay on site afterwards to enjoy the entertainment to help with the flow of exiting traffic.
Payment
All bars and eateries are CARD ONLY and will not accept cash. Fairground rides accept cash and card payments. There are no cash machines onsite, therefore, if you want to pay for rides or purchase food from one of the external food vendors using cash, please ensure you bring cash with you.
