Why are crowds no longer to attend the St Leger Festival?

On the grounds of public health and public safety, Director of Public Health Dr Rupert Suckling has instructed Doncaster Racecourse to hold the remaining three days of the St Leger Festival behind closed doors from tomorrow.

How do I get a refund?

All customers that have purchased tickets or hospitality for Thursday 10 September, Friday 11 September and Saturday 12 September will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be processed automatically. Please allow up to 21 working days for these to show in your account.

Can I transfer to next year's Leger?

Yes. absolutely. Please email ticketing@doncaster-racecourse.co.uk with your booking reference number and the date you'd like to attend in 2021. We will honour the price paid for your ticket as well. We request transfer requests to be made within seven days.

Will you refund me for any additional expenses (travel/accommodation)?

As per our ticketing terms and conditions, no additional compensation will be offered for any travel or additional expenses. 

I’m an annual member. Will I get reimbursement? 

We fully appreciate that this will have an effect on your Annual Membership.
