Gentlemen's DayFriday 15th September 2017

The penultimate day of the iconic Festival attracts some of the most prestigious racing of the week, with the Doncaster Cup, the oldest race currently run under the Rules of Horse Racing, taking centre-stage.

In 2017 we will once again enjoy the unique blend of world-class racing, vintage sports cars and all the
ingredients for a great day out with colleagues and friends. Be in with the chance of winning great prizes if you are crowned best dressed Male.

The two-and-a-quarter mile Doncaster Cup is one of the premier races for ‘long-distance’ horses. This takes place as the final leg of the ‘stayers’ Triple Crown, following on from the Ascot Gold Cup and the Goodwood Cup at Glorious Goodwood.

Friday also features a duo of top-class races for two-year-old horses –  Flying Childers Stakes and the May Hill Stakes
