Important Information

Alcohol - Alcohol may not be brought into any of the enclosures under any circumstances. If any person is found to have alcohol on or about their person it will be confiscated and disposed of immediately.

Badges & Turnstile Tickets - For the Premier and County Enclosure you will require both badge and turnstile ticket in order for your course admission. Your badge is to be worn on your person, clearly visible throughout the duration of your stay, the badge alone will not permit you entry to the course, you will require the turnstile ticket to gain entry through the turnstile gate. For the Grandstand, Combined and Family Enclosures, only your turnstile ticket is required. During the National Hunt Season (Jump Racing) we may combine the facilities within the County and Grandstand Enclosures to make one Combined Enclosure allowing our racegoers, who may not normally sample these facilities. Entry to the Combined Enclosure is through the main entrance. During a race day you will need to retain your turnstile ticket should you wish to leave the racecourse and re-enter that day.

BBQ's & Picnic's - BBQ's are no longer permitted however, you are quite welcome to bring a picnic into the Family Enclosure.

Busy/Premium Racedays - Please note on our busiest race days, access to the bars in some enclosures may be restricted to ensure the comfort and safety of all racegoers. Access is on a first come, first served basis. Areas cannot be reserved for anyone in your party who may leave the area and wish to return.

Car Parking - Car Parking in Car Park 'C' is free of charge. This area can be found opposite the entrance to the Wickes store off Leger Way. Car Park A situated opposite the main stand is chargeable at £5.00 per car. Please note that all vehicles are parked at the owners risk.

Children and Concessions - Children under the age of 18 can gain free entry to any of the enclosures when accompanied by a paying adult, but in the interest of safety and security only a maximum of three children per adult will be permitted and must be accompanied and monitored by an adult at all times. GUARDIANS OF UNDER 18'S AT DONCASTER RACECOURSE PLEASE NOTE: If your party includes under 18's it is a condition of their free entry that you have agreed to supervise them at all times. Tickets for children can only be obtained on the gate at the time of entry with your child (subject to availability, proof of age may be requested). Children are welcome within the restaurants, however, for prices and to book, please contact 01302 304217. Half price entry to the Family and Grandstand for race goers who are 65 years or over, on the day only subject to availability upon proof of age (not in conjunction with any other discounts or offers). Unfortunately, children are not permitted onto the Champagne Lawn in the County Enclosure.

Group Bookings - 'For 10 or more Grandstand or Family enclosure tickets purchased you will receive 20% discount off the total. This applies to tickets purchased for the same enclosure. This discount is not in conjunction with any other offer. Discount only applies to tickets purchased in advance via telephone. Please call the Sales Hotline directly on 01302 304200 or call into reception. Ticket sales opening times 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday

Late Bookings - Tickets purchased less than four days before any race meeting will need to be collected from the relevant gate of that enclosure; due to postal constraints.

Quieter Racedays - Some areas of the racecourse may be closed on our quieter days. Please contact the race course prior to booking to check the area you wish to visit will be open.
