Press & Media Accreditation

General Doncaster Racecourse Media Accreditation

Non-Metal Badge Holders - Press or Media Accreditation is granted at the discretion of the Doncaster Racecourse Management. Accreditation may only be granted to the following:

• Sponsor Photographers
• Local Media or Press
• Racecourse Partner Photographers or Camera Crews
• Television or Radio Crews

Accreditation enquiries for Press, Media or Photographer Accreditation received from non RCA Metal Press Badge holders must be received in writing for all meetings at least one week before the event in order to process an entry pass in good time.

Please ensure that a copy of the Press Access Guidelines is downloaded and submitted before you arrive along with your Public Liability Insurance with details of any areas that you wish to photograph to: jody.holland@doncaster-racecourse.co.uk

Please Note: Freelance and Commercial Photographers not holding an RCA Metal Press Badge and not falling into any of the above categories will only be able to access public areas at the course upon the purchase of an appropriate access ticket or badge. Only RCA PRESS Metal Badge holders may access the Press Room facility, unless otherwise advised.

Metal Badge Holders - Metal Press Badge holders need not apply in writing but will need to obtain a ticket on arrival at the course (outside of the St Leger meeting this can be done at the Owners' & Trainers' Desk). Photographers holding a Press Pass issued by the racecourse or a RCA Press Metal Badge will also need to obtain a Red High Visibility Vest from the Owners' & Trainers' desk or the Press Room. The Red Vests MUST be worn at all times whilst working 'on course' or in the Winners Enclosure/Parade Ring.

Please note that we operate a Dress Code in certain areas of the racecourse: Smart attire, strictly no Jeans, Sportswear or Trainers, gentlemen to wear a collared shirt.

ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS AND CAMERA CREWS ARE REQUESTED TO OBTAIN AND WEAR A RED HIGH VISIBILITY VEST FROM THE OWNERS & TRAINERS DESK OR THE PRESS ROOM ON ARRIVAL - THE RED VEST MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN WORKING 'ON COURSE' OR WITHIN THE PARADE RING/WINNERS ENCLOSURE.
