Located in the old weighing room, the Silks Champagne & Seafood Restaurant is surrounded by some of Doncaster's great memorabilia and history with famous silks lining the walls. Saddle racks, a vaulted ceiling and the black and white mosaic tiled floor, create a traditional atmosphere from racing days gone by. Diners can choose from a wide range of the finest seafood and a selection of wines and champagnes.
