HOSPITALITY MANAGER
Doncaster Racecourse is looking for a Manager to join the existing catering team. Come and work at our world class venue for horse racing in Yorkshire. We are looking for candidates who are flexible; hardworking with the ability to provide an efficient and courteous service ensuring customer expectation is met/exceeded.Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2years hospitality or conferencing and banqueting experience.
- Present a friendly, polite, and pleasant personality

Package:

Doncaster Racecourse currently has vacancies for Casual Retail and Hospitality Managers for the remainder of the 2008 race season and throughout the year. We are seeking candidates who are team players with a professional, flexible and hardworking approach and the ability to provide an efficient and courteous service ensuring customer expectation is exceeded.

Casual work available for waiting staff in hospitality. Trained to silver service standard would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.

Casual work available for Kitchen Porters. Experience not essential as training will be given.
Casual Bar Staff
Casual work available Bar Stafff, experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
